The front desk staff displayed outstanding customer service upon arrival on July 27th. They were the utmost professionals. The bar staff exhibited friendly, professional service with great recommendations.

Gino from valet made my experience wonderful. He's an exceptional employee. The man deserves a raise. He was very polite to not only me but everyone that he encountered from other employees and guests. I will definitely be back just because of him and his kindness and wonderful customer service.

The location is fantastic, but the hotel would be special no matter where it’s located. The architecture of the hotel, the special finishes, the furnishings, incredible local art work and incredible staff all make this a one-of-a-kind. Front desk personnel were the friendliest anywhere. The hotel manager showed a special interest in showcasing the art and special architectural touches. The diing room had great food, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Can’t say enough good things about this new addition to the Homewood/Mtn Brook neighborhood.

This is a very nice hotel in the Homewood area which has restaurants and bars nearby. It also has a nice restaurant. The situation of the hotel is perfect for visiting downtown Birmingham away from all the crowds and traffic. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The room was perfect but Gene in the valet is who stood out the most! He was so helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay! We will return and recommend staying here!
